Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • CCPA and/or CPRA refers to the California Consumer Privacy Act (the "CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (the "CPRA").
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Filametrics LLC, 20 Fulmar Dr Voorhees, NJ 08043.
  • Consumer, for the purpose of the CCPA/CPRA, means a natural person who is a California resident.
  • Country refers to: New Jersey, United States.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
  • Do Not Track (DNT) is a concept promoted by U.S. regulatory authorities, in particular the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), for the Internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism for allowing internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
  • Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or social network through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services
The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn. If You choose to do so, We may collect data such as Your name, email address, contact list, or activity data associated with that account.

Information Collected while Using the Application
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

  • Access to Your device’s camera or photos
  • Access to Your device’s contact list

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

  1. Log in to your Filametrics account.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Click Danger Zone section.
  4. Click Data Deletion.
  5. Verify Data Deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our active systems. Please note that:

  • Some information may remain in our backup systems for a limited period as part of standard retention and recovery procedures.
  • Certain records may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security, fraud prevention, financial compliance).

After the deletion process is completed, your account will no longer be recoverable.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

  • Business Transactions: If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred.
  • Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, We may disclose Your Personal Data if required by law.
  • Other Legal Requirements: The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others.

CCPA/CPRA Privacy Notice (California Residents)

Do Not Track Policy

Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
